Global Cabs Scam

Update: They closed business and ran away looting money of all investors.

Hello dear readers, i hope you all are doing good. Today i am going to discuss about one of the new comer advertising company global cabs or golden cabs. Both are same only name is different.
In the month of april, i invested my 5500 rupees in this business to receive benefits for 10 months. For this package, the benefits which they told are as follows:

1. 25 rupees for login to the panel
2. 7.5 per ad for watching an ad for few seconds, total no. Of ads are 10
3. Tour package for 3 nights and 2 days
4. Half of earning discussed in point 1 and 2 will go for shopping, out of these 100 rupees earned daily, you can transfer only 50 to your bank account and for remaining 50, they will be added to your shopping balance, which can be used to buy personal or household products later on.

My id got activated on 6th april and i started watching ads daily. One point i forgot to mention earlier that, you can do this task 5 days a week only, i.e., Monday to Friday. I was working properly and when i reached minimum payment threshold, i did not found any option to withdraw amount to bank. Then i contacted my friend, who sponsored me to this company, he contacted team further and after so many days, on 29 th April, id got rectified. They mistakenly activated my id by 11000 which got rectified to 5500 and bank withdrawal option started coming. After working for few more days, i found that earned amount is showing extremely low, as compared to no. Of days i worked. When i contacted regarding this to owner of company-Arjun, he said we will check and inform you. After 2-3 days, when i again called him, he said your id is 100% ok. I said how is this possible??? I am working for more than a month then why this amount is extremely low, he ignored my words and said "No, your id is 100% ok". After analysing my id for  few days, i figured out that previous balance of my earnings got wiped and it started adding from 30th April, the day when id got rectified from 11000 to 5500. When i found this, i immediately made call to owner, who was not responding, i marked emails to customer care team, for which i did not receive any response. Team was ignoring my emails because they did not have answer. Finally i made call to customer care team, i told whole incidence to her, she said we will check and revert, after 2 hours, when i did not receive any callback , i called back to team for response, now they asked to mark email. I told them that i have already marked emails several times, but no one responds, they insisted on marking email, i did same, but again, no revert. Then i called owner who said " we will check and rectify". Nothing happened even after passing of so many days. So once again i contacted customer care team and i marked email as well from my official id, over the phone, a lady picked up and stated that "your balance is not showing for 6th april to 29th april because you have not seen any ad".  I was shocked to hear such kind of pathetic reply. She lied directly on my face. Then i said " am i mad that without watching ads i am asking for money". She said "system is not showing any ad views for this duration and that is why i am saying this". Then i explained her whole story that what happened earlier and all wrongly made id issues. Then she asked to mark email with all information. When i opened my official id, i saw her revert as well there and she wrote same she stated on phone, then i reverted in frustration " what kind of crap reply is this??" Plus i explained whole things in that email. A few minutes later ice cream party was about to happen in my office and we all were asked to gather in pantry, as and when i went there with my team members, i received call from same number and she said " what have you written in that email" i said "i have written extremely right, how can you say without enquiring that i havent seen ads?? She started quarreling over phone, she started speaking rudely, she started speaking loudly as well and she continued all this for about half hour. My party got spoiled and i returned back, leaving my team members alone. My tram mates kept calling me when i was busy with her on phone, but she wasnt allowing me to disconnect as she continued that. 
THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER CARE TEAM IS THE ONLY TEAM IN THE WORLD WHICH CALL BACKS TO THE CUSTOMER AND SHOUTS AND FIGHTS WITH HIM. No patience is there.

When i informed about this incidence to owner, he said " who was she? Let me found out and then will check".
After that even after several days, when i did not receive any revert via mail, i understood that they are ignoring my emails as they don't want to pay. I tried explaining them by posting screenshots of proofs that i have seen those ads but money not credited for same. I tried explaining them in every best possible manner but i did not receive any revert. Once i received revert in which they said, please come to our company.
This company is approximately 50 kms away from where i live. So, that is why i kept trying via emails but no revert. Finally, one day i went there and when i made call to the person who sponsored me there, to find out exactly where do i need to come, he said company's location has been changed. Then i contacted customer care team to ask where do i need to come, what is the landmark, he said " sir, there is no senior person in office so kindly mail with your query".
I returned back home and marked email with same query, received no response, again marked email, again no response, then i understood that this company is playing game with me. Then i wrote clearly in email that " if you don't want to revert, why dont you close your company.why are you looting people??? Stopped this loot, nobody has become rich in this world by swallowing hard earned money of others".
Immediately next day i received call from owner who first kept on asking about my well being and all then suddenly he changed topic and said "what mail you have marked??" And he repeated each and every word written in that email and said " i will come there and beat you so hard, that you will remember throughout your life. We have so many members and only yours problem is not solving. Why? Now, say sorry, say sorry for what you wrote. Come to my office, i will give you your 800 rupees there, and for any query don't contact my team, call me only".
Now you can imagine, what kind of company is this. Instead of being sorry in front of a customer for their own mistake, they are making him to say sorry. First they wrongly created ID with wrong amount, when they rectified it, whole balance got wiped and only new balance started adding since it's next day.
After that i saw customer care revert as well. In which they were polite and asked me to write emails in professional manner and credited that balance of 800 as well. I was very delighted plus i also apologised for my wrong words.
When i opened my panel next day, i did not see that amount in my id, i contacted team again, they reverted it is there in "cash balance". I reverted that, all ROI comes in ACCOUNT SUMMARY section from where a person can make withdrawal to bank then why you credited it in some other section and how can i withdraw it as there is no account transfer option in this section. They said "you will be able to withdraw either on 1st or 15 th of month. I kept on waiting till 15 th, when that day came, as suspected, i did not see any account transfer option there, so again i contacted team regarding this and again did not receive any revert. I kept on mailing time and again but they were not replying. Moreover, they are not even reverting for "how to utilise that cash balance". I cant even use it for recharging mobile. Then, i don't know what it is used for. After that i understood that they will never pay me this amount, so i lost hope of getting this money.

Now coming to the next topic of this business, which is bank transfer, which is most interesting part
for all investors. Their terms and conditions state that they pay within 7 days, but surprisingly, this happened with me once only. Only at first withdrawal, i got money the second day, after that they started paying in MONTHS. Twice it happened with me that, i reached to second payment threshold and first was still pending, both got paid after 40 days, after that same thing repeated and this time, i withdrew 3 payments, but transfer did not take place even after 2 months. When i mailed them, they did not reply. I am tired of mailing them because they dont reply, because they dont have any answer. So, after waiting for so long, i finally made call to customer care team who stated that we are changing our bank which is leading to this delay, he added-" this will take place by next month".  Which means consumption of 3 months total to pay amount. Sometimes, it seems that their bank accounts are empty and that is why they are behaving like this. They even have problem in returning money which we paid them in lump-sum.

I am also afraid that they may run away closing their whole setup, just like another business named as snapdealasia did with me and others. Snapdealasia is a similar business which asks to invest 5000 rupees and promises to return 6000 after 15 days. I never got paid from them, they closed all IDs and ran away, closing their business.
For the couple of weeks, i am also watching a weird change in their ad viewing system. Earlier, every ad used to present feedback option within few seconds, which they have changed to minutes, which sometimes exceeds ID login time and you will automatically be logged out, as and when you will give feedback of your ad and because of which you will have to login and have to see that ad again after waiting for around 5 minutes. This has started consuming more than half hour, combined of all 10 ads.
Now coming to the shopping balance part of this business. Earlier i was told of getting rs 50 daily for this, which can be utilised after this amount becomes high enough to purchase any product from their website. Unfortunately, price of their products is as high as double of market price. So, you will have to wait for months to buy anything. They sell clothes and other household products. There products range is so small and prices are sky touching. You will hardly be able to buy 85% of products even if you work for complete duration of your ID that is 10 months.

And this even became worst when owner told me that shopping balance of all people has been wiped. How can this balance be wiped if neither we use them nor we did anything else. This was their trick to fool subscribers.

One of the painful thing i saw in this business that they keep on changing their term and conditions very quickly. While joining i was told something else, but that remained for few days only. They use to make trust on people, then they change conditions as per their own will.

After facing all of these issues, i have finally decided not to invest neither in this business nor in any other similar one. A job is far better than these kind of bogus scams.
I also advise you not to invest money in this kind of business.
